Why Empower Family Law?
The founding member of Empower Family Law, Sarika Jetwani, believes that a family lawyer needs to do more than simply provide clients with legal advice and representation. During her 20 years specialising in family matters, dealing with small to high net worth cases, domestic and international matters, representing the stay at home wife or the CEO with a complex business, arranging children matters whilst faced with victims of parental alienation or domestic abuse, she knows that seeing a solicitor is a brave step during what is often a traumatic and stressful period in a client’s life. Sarika has recognised that her clients not only need her expert legal advice and representation, which is composed, honest and robust to achieve the right outcome, but they also need support in other facets of their lives throughout this chapter.
As a result, Sarika has garnered close relationships with many experts in their field we enabling to provide a holistic approach to each and every one of her clients, no matter the value or the complexity of the case. Empower Family Law has a strong network of professionals, ranging from Independent Financial Advisors, Mortgage Advisors, Tax Planners, to divorce coaches, divorce counsellors to child life coaches as well as arbitrators and mediators. Such a diverse network allows Empower Family Law to support and empowerment with the sole aim of ensuring that once this chapter in their life is done, they are empowered to transition into the next phase of their life with positivity and assurance that the outcome of their relationship breakdown was the right one.
