Why Empower Family Law?
The founding member of Empower Family Law, Sarika Jetwani, believes that a family lawyer needs to do more than simply provide clients with legal advice and representation. During her 20 years specialising in family matters, dealing with small to high net worth cases, domestic and international matters, representing the stay at home wife or the CEO with complex a business, arranging children matters whilst faced with victims of parental alienation or domestic abuse, she knows that seeing a solicitor is a brave step during what is often a traumatic and stressful period in a client’s life. Sarika has recognised that her clients not only need her expert legal advice and representation, which is composed, honest and robust to achieve the right outcome, but they also need support in other facets of their lives throughout this chapter in their lives.
As a result, Sarika has garnered close relationships with many experts in their field to be able to provide a holistic support to each and every one of her clients, no matter the value or the complexity of the case.
